Summer Wedding at the Decatur House

Oh this wedding. How can I even put into words how truly magical it was? We all know Washington DC summers can be swamp-like, but the weather for this late June wedding was absolutely perfect. It rained all morning, cooling everything off for us, then cleared up with just enough time to set up for a ceremony and reception in the Decatur House's lovely courtyard. Linnie of Bohemia Events pulled together such thoughtful and timeless details for this wedding. The couple was so sweet and were absolutely wonderful to work with. Their wedding reflected who they are together and seeing the joy on their faces when they saw the reception space all set up is a moment I won't soon forget. We were truly honored to be the florist for this event. Enjoy!
